I made this twice with the bounty of endless tomatoes that
my garden kept passive aggressively giving me. It was tasty.

I like this picture heavy post very much.
I’ve had lasagna on mind ever since a friend made one for lunch a couple of weeks ago. It looked and (I think) tasted rather like yours, delicate and delicious, tasting of fresh tomatoes and milky mozzarella, a million miles from the breeze blocks I’ve had the misfortune to taste.
Considering all the time I have on my hands these days (nothing, really nothing yet) I might follow your lead.
