I&#039;ve had lasagna on mind ever since a friend made one for lunch a couple of weeks ago. It looked and (I think) tasted rather like yours, delicate and delicious, tasting of fresh tomatoes and milky mozzarella, a million miles from the breeze blocks I&#039;ve had the misfortune to taste. 
Considering all the time I have on my hands these days (nothing, really nothing yet) I might follow your lead.
