		<description>Looks great! It reminds me of my grandmother&#039;s simmered kabocha squash. She used soy sauce, rice wine , sugar or mirin (Japanese seetwen rice wine) for seasoning. I will try it this weekend.</description>

		<description>At least you can take homemade items. I took cookies to church for the old folks&#039; home and was told that they had to be store-bought because of some state law. You know - because homemade cookies will kill old people whereas Oreos will keep them alive forever.

I&#039;d rather be dead than eat Oreos.

Not really.

But you get the idea.

What&#039;s the point of taking goodies to school or church if they are store-bought CRAP? There is no love, no effort, no FLAVOR in store-bought bakery.</description>
