		<description>These look great. But my favorite use of Zucchini is Zucchini bread. I&#039;ll even freeze it. (you can even make muffins with the batter!) They&#039;re a classic in my family.

So good... at Room temperature or warmed up with a little butter! 

Next year, with your next CSA batch of zucchini, give it a try ;)
