It's really a pleasure to watch: all that syrup being put to such good use. I will say this, though, you once explained (ranted about?) syrup grades and forever changed my buying habits. I don't really like maple syrup, but I like the Grade B better than the Grade A, which is counter-intuitive (since the B has a stronger flavor) but true. Um, I think I’ve seen you do that….
