If this were The Breakfast Files, I could tell you all about this delic green garlic omelet my dashing husband patiently made under my bossy direction yesterday morning. But it’s not, so I won’t. Instead I get to give a little shout-out to my favorite Korean restaurant, Pyung Chang Soft Tofu House, where we ate last night. The banchan are out of this world–even the fermented items are fresh-tasting–and the soft tofu stews will cure anything that ails you. Yes, you heard me, anything. Well, most anything viral or bacterial. My kimchi version did not cure my broken hand, BUT I was able to gracefully eat it one-handed and, at this point, that can feel like a cure.
